Paying and cancelling
Payment is taken in full when you order, by card, PayPal, Google Pay or Pay by bank. You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email support@kinkybeds.com with your order number.
Your rights after delivery
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you usually have 14 days after delivery to return most items bought online. For The Sovereign Bed, return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Sealed intimate items in the Kinky Bundle are returnable only unopened and sealed, unless faulty.
