Delivery dates
Orders placed now will be delivered from 1 November 2026. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery
Once your order is complete, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. All deliveries are made by specialist two-person courier to ensure safe handling of your bed.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside.

Damaged or Lost Orders
