Delivery & Packaging
Is my order delivered discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral and will not indicate the contents.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed now will be delivered from 1 November 2026. Ahead of delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date with our specialist two-person courier.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.
The Bed
What are the hidden panels and integrated rings?
The Sovereign Bed features discreetly integrated anchor points and concealed panels that are invisible to guests. When not in use, the bed looks like any other luxury bed frame.
What materials is the bed made from?
The Sovereign Bed has a solid hardwood frame with a 150kg load rating, integrated rings and interchangeable decorative panels, in Onyx Black or Alabaster White. It is covered by a 2-year structural warranty. Need the overall frame dimensions before you order? Email support@kinkybeds.com and we will send them.
What sizes are available?
Two UK sizes: Double (4ft 6in, takes a 135 × 190 cm mattress) at £599 and King (5ft, takes a 150 × 200 cm mattress) at £649.99. Both take standard UK mattresses up to 30cm deep, and both include the hidden restraints. Need a different size? Email support@kinkybeds.com.
Does it need assembling?
Yes. The bed arrives flat-packed with full instructions. No specialist tools are needed, and most couples assemble it in under two hours.
What is the Kinky Bundle?
An optional £49.99 add-on: premium leather wrist cuffs, suede flogger, soft bondage rope, collar with leash, nipple clamps and ball gag. Add it on the bed page (step 3) and it ships with your bed in the same discreet delivery. See the Kinky Bundle.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and return delivery is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Payment & Security
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your card details. Your transaction is encrypted end-to-end.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay (on supported devices) and Pay by bank. Payment is taken in full when you order.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, and create an account afterwards if you like.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. To change an order, email support@kinkybeds.com as soon as possible, before it's dispatched.
Can I send an order to a different address from my billing address?
Yes, within the UK. Your delivery address doesn't need to match your billing address.
What if my order is lost or doesn't arrive?
Please email support@kinkybeds.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll look into it.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
