Discreet Delivery Explained: What Arrives at Your Door

By the Kinky Beds teamPublished 2 October 20262 min read

Privacy is part of what you're buying. Here's exactly what "discreet" means when you order from Kinky Beds, from checkout to doorstep.

At checkout

Pay by card, PayPal, Google Pay or Pay by bank. Your bank or card statement shows a discreet billing descriptor that doesn't reveal what you bought. Order confirmation emails come from support@kinkybeds.com.

The packaging

Your bed arrives in plain, unmarked boxes. There's no product imagery or wording on the outside that says what's inside, and the label carries a neutral sender name. The Kinky Bundle add-on, if ordered with your bed, ships with the bed in the same discreet delivery.

The delivery

After delivery

The bed is flat-packed with full instructions, and most couples finish assembly in under two hours, with no specialist tools. Flatten the plain boxes for recycling: there's nothing revealing on them. See flat-pack bed assembly tips.

Returns

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After delivery, you have 14 days to return the bed under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations; return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons, sealed intimate items in the Kinky Bundle can only be returned unopened and sealed, unless faulty. Full details are in our refund policy and shipping policy.
