Pinnacle Home Brands Ltd (trading as kinkybeds.com) currently ships within the UK only.

Made to Order
All beds are handcrafted to order. Please allow 12 weeks from the date of your pre-order for your bed to be made and delivered. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery
Once your order is complete, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. All deliveries are made by specialist two-person courier to ensure safe handling of your bed.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kinkybeds.com.
