Delivery & Packaging

Is my order delivered discreetly?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product description on the outside. The sender name on the label is neutral and will not indicate the contents.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is available at checkout for faster dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.

The Bed

What are the hidden panels and integrated rings?

The Sovereign Bed features discreetly integrated anchor points and concealed panels that are invisible to guests. When not in use, the bed looks like any other luxury bed frame.

What materials is the bed made from?

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Payment & Security

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your card details. Your transaction is encrypted end-to-end.
