Pinnacle Home Brands Ltd (trading as kinkybeds.com) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To initiate a return, contact us at support@kinkybeds.com within this period.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
