Please note: this listing is for the canopy frame only. The Alpi2 daybed, the mattress and any bedding shown in the photos are not included and are sold separately. The canopy is designed to sit over the Dorel Alpi2 daybed (90 x 200 cm), turning a simple children's bed into a cosy den or reading nook.
The Dorel Alpi2 Canopy in Stained Wax is made from sturdy pine and finished in a warm stained wax finish that brings out the natural grain of the pine. Its simple house-style outline adds a playful, storybook feel to a child's bedroom without overwhelming the space, and the open frame keeps the room feeling airy. Drape it with fabric, fairy lights or bunting to create a hideaway that children will love to make their own.

What You Need to Know
This canopy is an add-on accessory and cannot be used as a bed on its own. To complete the look you will need the Dorel Alpi2 daybed and a suitable 90 x 200 cm mattress, both available separately. Please check the dimensions of your room and of your existing bed before ordering, as the canopy is sized specifically for the Alpi2 range. It is not designed to hold weight, so it should never be climbed on, swung from or used to support heavy items.
Care, Assembly and Delivery
The canopy is delivered flat packed with step by step instructions and the fittings needed to attach it to the Alpi2 daybed. Assembly is straightforward with two people and basic household tools. To keep it looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaning products. We recommend keeping the packaging until you have checked that all parts are present.

Returns & warranty
Changed your mind before your bed ships? Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and return delivery is at your cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
2-year structural warranty covering the frame and integrated restraint system against manufacturing defects. If your bed arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us as soon as you can (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
